When will my order ship?
Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch.

How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, Standard International Shipping will take 10-27 business days for delivery.
US shipping, on average our customers receive orders from 3-14 business days. This is an average estimated time frame.
Due to the current pandemic packages may take up to 5 weeks to arrive.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the
rest of your ordered products.
Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!

How do I track my package?

I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?
If you did not get a tracking number after 7 business days of placing your order you can simply email us and we will gladly sort out any issues.

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."


How do I return an item?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support within 7 days from receiving your order and we will do our best to help you out!

Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.


What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?
Please CONTACT US within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.


How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?
Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.

Priority Processing
Priority processing means your order will skip the line-up and be the first order that we process that working day so it will be the first that we ship out.

Priority + Insured
This means your order will skip the line up as stated above and will also cover shipping insurance for any damaged or missing orders.

How do I apply a Discount Code?
On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the 'Discount' field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.

Which Currency Will I Be Charged In?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
